This app is a self-guided experiment designed to decrease mental activity and increase awareness using the ancient technique of watching your thoughts. The app helps you watch your thoughts by asking you questions about your thoughts every 30 seconds to start. Once you can have no thoughts for 30 seconds, you move up to 1 minute, then 2 consecutive minutes, then all the way up to 9 consecutive minutes of no thoughts.
